Tether Stablecoin Primary Bank In Dire Straits; Incoming Bubble Burst?

Cryptocurrencies are surely known by their most common trait: volatility, and that is why stablecoins are so popular among traders. They let them stabilize their funds without converting them to fiat, and lets them get back into the trading action when needed ASAP. But Tether, the biggest stablecoin could be facing serious problems when a bank that holds a significant part of their assets is desperate for liquidity.
According to Modern Consensus, Noble Bank, one of the banks that hold Tether money would be in dire straits and desperate for funding. It is not clear if this is directly related to Tether being one of their biggest clients, but the source claims that if they do not get that funding quick, it could be the end for them. For a bank that was classified as the primary reserve bank for Tether, the biggest stablecoin in the market, it is very suspicious.
This could mean that Tether is not as transparent and clean as they want us to believe. Tether has not had a real audit since last December, when they lost Friedman LLP, their auditors, over “excruciatingly detailed procedures” when doing the Tether audit. Later this Year, Tether released a “transparency update”, but not done by an audit firm, but by a law firm called Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP (FSS), a thing that raised some eyebrows.
During all this mess, Tether has continued printing USDT normally, without facing any kind of pressure from regulatory organizations. There is also another red flag. It seems that a big Tether whale has been trying to unload “tens of millions” of Tether and has been unable to do it for some time now. This second subject could also prove that something is not quite right with the biggest stablecoin in the market.
If this is right, it could be the sign that shows that Tether has been running on fumes since long ago and that it has been issuing tokens without proper backup in international accounts. More than a half of bitcoin trades are done against Tether pairs, what could spell disaster for the market. Effectively, a bubble burst.
