New Updates To TronWalletMe Provides Tron Users More Security

An update to the Tron wallet, TronWalletMe app and also the addition of some new awaited features was announced on Twitter recently. The new features are said to be an improvement on the apps’ security.

Tron Wallet’s New Features

The TronWalletMe’s official Twitter handle tweeted on September 25th that the most awaited feature of TronWalletMe has been released. The features according to the tweet includes fingerprint, touch ID, and face ID verification. The tweet further stated that the Android version is already available on the Google play store.
These new features which are aimed to enhance the security of the wallet app are part of an updated version, version 1.2.7. Users can now feel more secured with cryptocurrencies on their gadgets even when it’s been stolen.
Also, a video was uploaded on Twitter through the TronWalletMe handle on the procedure of using these new features.
Inclusive of the new features added to the updated version of the wallet, reported bugs had been fixed, such as the slow input of PIN code, private key import function, and also the redesign of the initial screen.
Before the new features were added, the wallet already possess some astounding features such as no fee, UX Design, Open source & Privacy, Fully decentralized p2p wallet, Local secret encryption + PIN, All TRON network operations supported (except ‘create token’), easy to use, benchmark vs. 20+ top crypto wallets, and Tron Wallet API.
The recently added features will improve on the quality of the wallet, and this has stimulated excitement in the Tron enthusiasts because of the exciting prospects the wallet offers to its users.
While the Android version of the updated app is out, the iOS version is waiting for the approval of Apple before its availability.

Tron wallet, known as TronWalletMe is a secure open source peer-to-peer cryptocurrency wallet for the Tron crypto holders and traders. This gives the capacity to trade and store TRC 20 tokens securely.
Also, the Tron foundation has seen considerable growth in recent time with the launch of its MainNet and the impending full upgrade of the MainNet. This gives the Tron blockchain high level of scalability, making it more suitable for different dapp projects. Recently, the fourth set of its ERC 20 tokens was burnt to further its successful adoption of the mainnet platform.
