French Art Exhibit Dedicates a Treasure Hunt to Bitcoin’s 10th Anniversary

It is almost a decade now that the Bitcoin’s whitepaper was released, precisely October 31 would mark the 10th year anniversary of the most popular cryptocurrency in the world. Artists around the world have deemed it fit to come together for this celebration thereby hosting an art exhibition in France.
The Bitcoin Art Revolution Exhibit became open to the public on September 28 and is scheduled to end October 5 in “City of Art,” as Paris has stood by the fact that it hosts the world’s most renowned museums and art galleries.

The “Crypto Art” initiative

The “Crypto Art” initiative is a brainchild of a French artist cum Pascal Boyart and he of the idea of converging world’s finest crypto –friendly artist from around the globe to celebrate the ten years of the most popular virtual currencies in the beautiful city of Paris.
The Art exhibition also features symbolic representation (usual custom in art) of the cryptocurrency in art with an artistic illustration of use cases that the Blockchain technology has bestowed upon art as a sector.

The Eventful Treasure Hunt

Another idea injected into this exhibition to spice things up and make it even more eventful is the treasure hunt which involves hiding bitcoins in plain sight in between artworks. Also, the exhibition hopes to feature world-renowned artist such as; Andy Bauch, Coin Artist, Josephine Bellini, and others.
Artworks put up for sales can be bought using digital assets like; Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Monero. An influencer like Lorenzo Sconci, owner of Dubai-based Sconci Art Gallery, and CEO of crypto startup ArtWallet have aired his opinion of about the initiative, stating that:

“Without a doubt, bitcoin and blockchain has been the biggest revolution over the past 10 years. As revolutions have shaped artistic expression throughout time, there is no doubt that crypto will accomplish the same.”

10 Productive Years of Bitcoin Existence

It should be noted that this initiative is a considerable genius as the art has been a cornerstone of humanity’s history and through art, cryptos can live forever. Also, the fundamentality of the “Crypto Art” cannot be overemphasized as it strides to trace how artists lived, translated and synthesized the looming blockchain revolution from the very beginning.
The 10 years of Bitcoin is manifestly productive years due to the act that its growth rate is unprecedented though there are still more underlining potential of the blockchain technology and virtual currency stands to offer the world.
The Art world has immensely benefitted from the decentralized system as it has moved exhibitions and purchase of art into the next level as the industry shifts towards the innovation, even more, a higher level of decentralization as intermediaries have started erupting between artist and targeted audience.
