Weiss Crypto Ratings have published their predictions and calculated expectations in the cryptocurrency market for the year 2019, and they are bold and bullishly assertive.
Smile Bitcoin, Smile
While Weiss’s predictions for the cryptosphere this year was strangely dismissive of Ethereum and its blockchain all together, Bitcoin investors and hopefuls would have sufficient causes to smile.
Weiss’ first prediction brazenly touts Bitcoin (BTC) to rise defiantly from the miserable year it had in 2018. According to 7 ‘crypto grail’ published by Weiss, Bitcoin is set to have one of its most productive years ever, given it simply has no rival as a store of value. BTC would rapidly grow to be an important store of value this year, given its increasingly unrivaled properties. Apart from the obvious facts that the major cryptocurrency is secure, efficient, and independent of the government; the most popular crypto coin simply has no threatening competition. Weiss ratings said of BTC:
“No other asset provides that combination of properties. And consequently, no other asset can currently compete with Bitcoin as a store of value.”
Other than rising to be a significant store of value, Weiss also sees Bitcoin eclipsing the all-time high bar it set in 2017 and crossing the $20,000 mark this year. Weiss Ratings explained—like their previous predictions—the present forecast of 2019 is based on a series of learned models which is built on cycles of past data, while also considering time series. Fou,r that is the number of times Bitcoin has been disappointedly written off after slumping below its bottom, and each time the resilient cryptocurrency has bounced back to embark on a determined bullish run. Weiss’ model believes 2019 would be no different.
The Least Will Become the Greatest
The boldest and the most curious of the predictions. According to Weiss Crypto forecasts, some altcoins would rise to display some cryptocurrencies “which has nothing to offer” from the top ten—such as Litecoin, BCH ABC, BCH SV & co! Weiss sees some presently obscure altcoins shooting out of their obscurity to command prices more than 20 times their previous all-time highs.
The altcoins touted to surprise many this year include EOS, Cardano, Hedera Hashgraph and Holochain. All four notably working to spearhead the next wave of a decentralized web—Internet 3.0.
Weiss also has some good news for Ripple’s XRP, as the cryptocurrency continues to make trailblazing progress. Ripple’s foray into the financial and banking sector and its love affair with countless members of SWIFT sees it on the road to become the ‘world’s No.1 cryptocurrency.’
