American Broadcaster, Max Keiser Says Bitcoin will Become the Next Global Reserve Currency

Max Keiser, an American broadcaster and host of the Keiser Report, has a lot of expectations for Bitcoin. One of such is that the virtual currency will become the new global reserve currency. The journalist in an interview with a media outlet earlier this year gave his opinion about Bitcoin and what he believes its future will be.

Bitcoin Will be the New Global Reserve Currency Not the U.S. Dollars

Based on reports, Keiser predicts that Bitcoin will become the new global currency instead of the U.S. dollar, Euro, and other fiat currencies. The journalist has attributed his remark to some reasons which include certain Bitcoin characteristics which cannot be found in fiat currency. These features are what he says will lead to its massive adoption globally.
In the same vein, Keiser is optimistic that his predictions will come true given that this cryptocurrency has a fixed supply of 21 million coins and a new block is produced every 10 minutes. He has, therefore, pointed out that this virtual asset is more stable and its monetary policy can be predicted in mathematical terms instead of the stunts of an individual or government.
In his own words;

That emission schedule of coins coming on every ten minutes makes bitcoin the central bank of the world with the most rock-solid monetary policy there is.

Crypto Enthusiasts on Social Media Support Keiser

Cryptocurrency enthusiasts, on the other hand, have applauded the Journalist’s prediction and also made comments to support his. A Twitter user, for instance, said Keiser has an insight into the market. Another pointed out that the journalist knows the future, and the future is Bitcoin. As is expected, others were not too quick to buy his views given that a user of the platform said: “Max says something outrageous just to get attention.”.

More Cryptocurrency Experts Predict Bitcoin’s Future

Asides Max Keiser, several other experts in the crypto industry, have made predictions about Bitcoin and most especially, how the market will turn out in 2019. In this regard, BTCNN on January 5 revealed the opinion of 9 professionals in the field and among them is Thomas Lee, Fundstrat Global Advisors Managing Partner.
According to Thomas Lee, Bitcoin will remain relevant, and he gave an instance where the digital asset is currently being used more to move money than PayPal. Mark Yusko, Morgan Creek’s CEO on December 7 also said that in a decade, this cryptocurrency would yield great returns.
